Joel began his career with Felix in 1987 and worked until he graduated from the Arizona State University’s Del E. Webb School of Construction. Joel returned to the Felix team in 1998. He has had construction experience since 1983, including water booster stations, well equipping, wastewater treatment plants, and heavy construction. He is able to manage all project aspects from the competitive bid stage through final completion. Joel also has extensive experience with Alternative Procurement Delivery Projects.
